These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to nomlekk.com and purchases from NomLekk Inc. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Insect-control, skin-applied, sun-care, electrical, and battery-powered products must be used only as directed. Do not use any product for an unlisted purpose or contrary to its label.

Our total liability for a claim relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
