When will my order ship?
Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
How long does delivery take?
Standard U.S. delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after shipment. Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, and remote destinations may add time.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is $4.99 for orders below $50. Qualifying merchandise subtotals of $50 or more receive free standard shipping after discounts and before tax.
Where does NomLekk ship?
We currently ship to valid addresses within the United States.
How can I track my order?
Tracking information is emailed when available. You can also use our Track Your Order page with the order number and billing email used at checkout.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Email us immediately. We will try to help before fulfillment begins, but changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed after an order enters processing or ships.
What is the return window?
Eligible unused, unopened items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days after delivery. Contact us before returning anything. Opened personal-care, sunscreen, repellent, chemical, or consumable products are not returnable for health and safety reasons unless damaged, defective, or incorrect.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact order@nomlekk.com within 7 days. Include the order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, shipping label, and issue.
When will I receive a refund?
Approved refunds are issued after inspection. Banks and card issuers generally take another 5–10 business days to post the credit.
Does NomLekk collect sales tax?
Applicable sales tax is calculated during checkout based on the order details and current tax requirements.
How should I use repellent or sun-care products?
Always read and follow the physical product label, directions, warnings, age restrictions, ingredient information, and reapplication instructions. Do not rely on general website content as a substitute for the label or professional advice.
Can children use these products?
Use on or around children only when the physical product label specifically permits it, and follow every age, application, supervision, and storage instruction.
How do I care for electrical or rechargeable products?
Use only the supplied or manufacturer-approved charging equipment and follow the product manual. Keep electrical components away from water, excessive heat, damage, and unattended charging.
